Our highly-skilled team repairs the following brands: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Givenchy, Gucci, Céline, Prada, YSL and Balenciaga.

Our pricing is determined on a bag-by-bag basis, based on the complexity of the color, the size of wear and duration of time it may take to complete. 

Please note that all services must be paid upfront prior to any service being started. A 5% tax will be added to your final invoice. Payments can be made the following ways:

- Via email transfer to info@luxebagspa.ca

- Via credit card through a secure invoice (sent to your email by Luxe Bag Spa)

This could mean a variety of things, because we are a pre-loved shop, this could mean that a bag was previously restored from another vendor or restored through our Luxe Bag Spa. If it was through our bag spa, it may have been cleaned, moisturized, had colour touch-ups, gold re-plating or any service we provide. If you would like further clarification as to what was done to the bag, please ask us! If the bag was restored from a previous company, unfortunately we have no way of knowing exactly what was done.

Absolutely! We recommend that you send us a few photos of your item and a description of the areas needing repair using this form so we can provide an initial assessment and price range for the repairs needed.

Our spa service is adapted to each unique bag and includes the restoration required to repair the area.
