1. Fill out the ‘Bag Spa Quote Form’ and provide as much detail as possible for an accurate quote.

2. Once our team receives your submission, we will send you a Bag Spa quote. Due to high volume, please wait for 1-3 business days to receive your quote. Quotes are listed either in Canadian Dollar, or US Dollar depending on your location, and valid for 30 days only. Quotes are subject to change after the 30-day post-quotation period.

3. If you accept Luxe Bag Spa quote, print out the email quote(s) and attach the corresponding quote to each item. Once this is complete, please drop off or ship you item to one of our 2 head offices:

The consignor accepts all risk when shipping their items to the Luxe Bag Spa Office. Luxe Bag Spa is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during shipment.

4. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect for condition stated and send a final invoice. We have the right to adjust the quote if the amount of labour and time is deemed to be higher than the information submitted by the client.

5. You are required to pay the final invoice prior to any service being completed. Luxe Bag Spa will not start any services until the balance is fully paid. Please note, A 5% tax will be added to your invoice at the time of payment.

The client sends in / drops off items at their own risk. Luxe Bag Spa is not responsible for any loss, destruction of, or damage to  while the item is at a Luxe Bag Spa office location. Luxe Bag Spa does not insure items against natural disaster, theft, fire, damage, or other disasters.
